Orders of $100 or more ship at no cost to you. Orders under $100 are charged shipping at the time of purchase.

Email info@gt-ind.com with your order or PO number, a photo of the outer box, and a photo of the shipping label. If product is damaged, include a photo of the damage as well.

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before you sign for the shipment. Reporting a shortage or damage with photos as soon as the pallet arrives makes the claim much faster to resolve.

Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically based on order total:

• 3% off on orders of $500 or more
• 5% off on orders of $1,000 or more
• 8% off on orders of $2,000 or more
• 12% off on orders of $5,000 or more
• 20% off on orders of $10,000 or more

For large or recurring project quantities, contact us with your fixture types and counts and we will work through it with you.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 10% of the order value or $15, whichever is greater, applies to returned product.

To start a return, email info@gt-ind.com and include your order or PO number in the request. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required before product is sent back.

Yes. Once your return is approved you will be issued an RMA number. It must appear both on the packing slip and on the outside of the box. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.

GT Industrial Products branded luminaires carry a five (5) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, measured from the date of shipment to the purchaser, when used as directed and in accordance with the warranty terms. Coverage applies to commercial and industrial products in commercial or industrial applications in the United States and Canada.

If the shipment date cannot be verified, the product date code plus three months is used instead.

The warranty extends to the original end user at the original installed location only. It does not transfer if the fixture is relocated to another site or resold.

If a luminaire or key component fails during the warranty period because of a manufacturing defect, GT will, at its sole option, either replace the product at no charge or issue the original purchaser a credit toward replacement. Key components include LED drivers, photo sensors and emergency battery backup. If an identical replacement is unavailable, a comparable product is supplied.

GT is not responsible for labor or transportation costs for removal, return or re-installation.

Report the claim through this website, by calling 1-800-865-6799, or through your GT sales representative. If a return is required you will be issued an RMA number. Return the product to the address shown on the RMA, or provide evidence of the defect as directed.

The RMA number must be included on the packing slip and on the outside of the box. Failure to follow this procedure voids the warranty. GT reserves the right to examine the product and is the sole judge of whether it is defective and covered.

The warranty applies only when the product is wired and installed according to the installation guide and the applicable Product Information Bulletin. It excludes:

• Acts of God, accidents, abuse, fire, vandalism and civil disturbance
• Damage from line-voltage power problems such as unregulated power, short circuits, lightning-induced surges, and under or over voltage or current
• Operating or storing the product outside its specified temperature range, or exceeding the maximum ambient operating temperature listed on the cut sheet
• Installation that violates an applicable standard or code (NEC, UL, ANSI, or CSA in Canada)
• Abnormal or unapproved use, and any repair, alteration, modification or re-installation

The remedies described above are the exclusive remedy. Total liability never exceeds the price paid for the product. Full terms are in the warranty document on our Documents page.

Most retrofit questions come down to mounting type, socket or driver compatibility, and ambient operating temperature, all of which are listed on each product cut sheet. If you are cross-referencing an existing fixture or lamp and want us to confirm a match, send us the existing model number and we will tell you whether we have an equivalent.

Not always. Some legacy fixtures use integrated lamps or trims that we do not have an equivalent for. If we cannot match something we will tell you directly rather than sell you a fixture that will not fit.
